5.1 miles up Kueffler road from Beacon Rock turn off on SR14 (keeping to the center road and staying north) is a right hand parking spot. Park here or drive the short skid road through the brush to a rough trail that heads due east for approx 1/2 mile. Cross the boulder field at the end heading towards the 2nd most northerly Maple Tree group on the far side., Skamania County, WA
