Fix a listing

The most useful thing you can do is fix a listing directly. On any station page, use Suggest an edit to update hours, water type, filter type, or access notes, or Report closed if a location has shut down. These submissions go into a moderation queue and reach us faster than email.

For anything a form can't handle, email hello@purewaterfinder.com with the station URL and what needs to change.

Business owners

If you own or manage a refill station and want to claim your listing, add photos, or become a verified location, email business@purewaterfinder.com. Include the station URL and a business email at the location's domain if possible.

Privacy requests

To access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to exercise any right described in our Privacy Policy, email privacy@purewaterfinder.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
